Week 3.   Warm & Cool colours.

We talked about warm and cools colours for art this week. We used a template that had different sized squares and rectangles on it and then drew around our hands and arm. We then choose warm and cool coloured pastels to colour it in. Here is some of our work.

Week 1. Trip to Palmerston North to visit Te Manawa. One of the displays we looked at and could be interactive with was the old school house which had set up to show us how school was 100 years ago. So much fun. I think He Puna Whanake like school how it is today.

Week 10. We have been creating in Te Whare Manaaki. We chose a number. Made our number to be 3d and then turned our number into something else.

Week 9. We have been looking at plastics in our environment and how to much plastic is affecting our world. Our dolphin art shows a happy dolphin and a clean unpolluted ocean.
